The majority of our domestic work is putting right what others have installed. Anyone can install cables above ceiling voids and in walls but that isn’t to say that they have used the correct equipment or methods.
As a NAPIT approved company, we have proved that we take into account the following points: Selecting the correct cable and cable diameter, fuse ratings, understanding and to abide by the cable routing regulations, ensuring an earth is present in every cable and appliance, selecting the correct equipment and using the appropriate tools to tighten terminals in which will provide you with an electrically sound circuit. If you were to use an incompetent person to install your electrics, your safety could be at risk.
Don’t let your builder or kitchen fitter install your electrics as they may not be qualified to do so, when coming to selling your home you will need a certificate registered with an electrical organisation.
NAPIT registered companies are observed on-site every year to make sure contractors are competent and capable of meeting safe standards and current electrical regulations.
